Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruiting and staffing; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees; employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training; employee database and admin; policy development and documentation; company-wide committee facilitation; company employee and community communication; compensation and benefits administration; employee services and counseling.Monitoring of employees attendance dan leave administration.

Requirements:
Fluency in English is a mustCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.Required language(s): English and Bahasa IndonesiaAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
