BUSINESS PLAN (Strategy Management Department)
Responsibilities:
* Support the Assistant Head of Strategy Management Department to ensure specifically business plan in every business unit and ensure the business plan in accordancewith any regulation (BI), report the business plan to BOD
* Compile and report the corporate business plan to BI
* Supervise the working progress of business plan of the related departments
* Prepare the presentation materials of business plan for BOD
* Compose the shareholder report including prepare Banka �s development and performance progress on quarterly basis
* Prepare and distribute macroeconomic analysis in quarterly basis and weekly news as the external information source for internal management and staff
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Commerce, Economics, Others or equivalent.
* 2 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Intermediate English
* Ability to learn and follow procedure, Analytical thinking, Attention to detail
* Computer literacy
* Numerical reasoning
* Teamwork and cooperation
* Technical expertise (Principles of Banking, Bank Operational Knowledge, Bank Accounting)
* Presentation
