Responsibilities:
The Branch Head is responsible to manage team of people and to ensure that the operations of the branch is running in a professional and proactive manner, meeting set SOPa �s and compliant with the company documented proceduresDevelop business with client and Coordinate the potential partnership with any institution related with core company businessAble to achieve any product target assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor (S1) in any discipline from a reputable university.Have at least minimum 3 years experience as a Branch Head (preferably from General Insurance business Industry)Must be Willing to be placed in our branches all over IndonesiaHolder A3IK qualification would be an advantageMust be familiar in preparing reportsMust Possess Analytical skillsAge between 30 a � 45 years old
