Designation: Analyst/Associate
Location: Jakarta
Reports To: Country Manager/Senior Analyst
Overview: The Analysts/Associate will lead and support assignments across various Domains. He/she will also assist with the development of the research agenda/studies, and training curriculum on the areas of microfinance, e/m-banking and/or value chain for Indonesia. He/she will spend approximately: 40% of the time in ARP/Client or other offices40% of the time in the fieldN 20% time in MicroSave officeResponsibilities:Lead or assist with the planning and implementation of technical assistance assignments (with the Specialists/Senior Analysts)Assist with the development and submission of proposals to generate business a � particularly for the Practice Group(s) of which he/she is a member (with Specialists/Senior Analysts)Active participation in delivery of training courses, research activities, curriculum development and the provision of technical assistance to clients on as needed basisContribute to the development of MicroSave's toolkits and other publicationsConduct peer reviews of reports/documentsN Conduct Quality of Delivery assessments on the final day of each assignmentQualifications: Master level degree (or higher) in Banking/Business administration/Agriculture/ AccountingAt least 1-5 years experiences in Banking or MicrofinanceDemonstrated understanding of Indonesia and/or Asia financial marketExperience with the delivery of technical assistance programmesN Computer literate in MS Word and Excel, and a working knowledge of surat elektronik [surel/email] and internet systemsA strong field orientation and proven inter personal skillsa Good spoken and written English
