Marine Program Coordinator

This position will assist senior CII Marine staff with their planning,implementation and monitoring of all programs and projects in the CIIN Marine portfolio.N A diverse and exciting position, the managementN coordinator will be responsible for tasks across several sites.N ThisN will require close contact with managers and senior advisers and fieldN programs to ensure that project plans and strategies are carried outN to a high standard.N It will involve the management of key grants and
contracts to local partners. The coordinator will also assist withN monitoring and reporting across all key marine projects.

Key Duty/Responsibility:Assist senior CII Marine staff with planning, budgeting,N monitoring and evaluation across all programs and projects in the CIIN Marine portfolio.Day-to-day management and administration of grants and contractsN for the marine program (supported on programmatic aspects by seniorN staff and financial aspects by finance team).N Assist with program reporting across all marine projects a �N including coordinating donor reporting, partner updates, fact-checkingN and editing drafts, coordinating and compiling inputs from partners.Assist senior management and operations team with rollout of HRN and recruitment processes across marine program - includingN socialization of policies and procedures, assisting the preparation ofN job descriptions, assisting recruiting processes as required.Assist the management and operations team to developN organizational strategies for more efficient and consistent programN delivery and operations a � including sharing a �best practicea � betweenN sites, identifying staff training needs, facilitating betterN communication between sites.Assist with other Marine program initiatives as required a �N including communications, supporting donor visits, new programN development, writing and editing.Qualifications:University Degree (S1) related to organizational managementN or marine management with at least 2 yearsa � experience in aN professional capacityStrong administrative skills and attention to detailSome understanding or experience of marine conservationGood capacity to communicate/write in EnglishExperience with work planning and/or budgetsExcellent writing and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasksAbility to adapt to new working environments quicklyAbility to write reportsInterested candidates should send a current resume and cover letterN addressing the required skills and capabilities (no more than 3 pages) to: hrd--at--conservation.or.id
