The Putera Sampoerna Foundation is periodically audited by a third-party international auditor and its report is published in the Putera Sampoerna Foundation's annual report.

Currently Putera Sampoerna Foundation is looking for high motivated candidates to fulfill the following Lowongan Kerja Terbaru Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) positions:

ISO DOCUMENT CONTROL STAFF

Responsibilities:
* Preparing all documents related to Procurement, Travelling Arrangement, etc.
* Monitoring and controlling for all Internal Audit department Budget approval
* Preparing and update monthly budget, relocation or transfer daily budget
* Review, Monitoring and controlling the Internal Audit Tracking System
* Assisting QMR for the preparation all documents needed for internal dan external audit ISO 9001 : 2008 are implemented dan maintained within the organizaton
* Assisting QMR in the planning, preparation, execution dan evaluation of internal system, process and audit of QMS within the organization
* Assisting QMR in the preparation and submission on a regular and other periodic report on implementation of QMS and Internal Audit Activities
* Act as a file master and responsible for the completeness of documents / important letters
* Performs other work related duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:
* minimal Diploma 3 (D3) from Secretarial/Administration, or any relevant disciplines, preferable graduated from S1 from any relevant disciplines.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 or other QMS.
* Fresh Graduate, preferable 1 year or more work experience in the same position.
* Proficient in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, visio etc.
* Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
* Possesses excellent communication and presentation skill.

OPERATIONAL INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER

Responsibilities:
* To assess potential business risks for different business units, assign team members base on the required skills and capabilities to ensure the effectiveness of the audit assignments
* Develops audit project work plan, audit programs and special audit programs in order to provide guidelines for team members achieving project objectives.
* Communicates audit projects to auditees in order to obtain support from auditee
* Leads the implementation of audit project according to the approved audit project work plan and audit programs, monitors, makes changes when necessary and reports progress to Head of Internal Audit in order to ensure the achievement of project objectives and to ensure that the proper actions can be taken correctly based on the audit findings
* Leads in-depth investigation and collect supporting evidence in order to ensure whether the irregularities or fraud has been occured
* Develops audit finding summary, communicates, discusses and provide eveidences of those findings to the Head of respective unit in order to determine necessary actions
* Develop final audit report including recommendation and submit it to the head of Internal Audit for approval
* Evaluates project implementation in order to improve team performance in accomplishing a project
* Performs other work related duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:
* Holds minimal S1 from any relevant disciplines, preferably from Accounting / Management.
* Solid technical skill in the finance dan operation skill
* Computer literate to relevant office application such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
* Sufficient English skill, both spoken and written
* Excellent communication, interpersonal dan presentation skill
* Sufficient in process and technical Internal Audit

ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

Requirements:
* Holds minimal S1 from Accounting, a Secretarial College, Business Administration, or any relevant disciplines
* Having experience in handling Accounting would be an advantage.
* Possesses minimal 2 year work experience in handling Accounting and/ or Administration
* Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).
* Excellent English skill, both spoken and written.
* Good correspondence skill.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent administrative skill.
