Due to our expansion plan, we invite qualified candidate to fill in the following Lowongan Kerja Terbaru PT Banten Media Global Televisi positions :

TECHNICAL BROADCAST dan IT MANAGER (IDR 3000000 - 5000000)

Responsibilities:
The Technical Broadcast dan IT Manager will responsible to :
* Manage whole operation day to day of Technical Broadcast, IT support and Digital Asset (Library).
* Manage whole operation day to day of Master Control Room, Transmitter, Microwave Link, Fiber Optic Link and Electrical System.
* Able to Operate Tektronix Waveform, Vectroscope, Spectrum Analyzer and check the Video/Audio Quality.
* Provide file and asset management support to our Production team and Marketing team.
* Responsible for daily monitoring downloading, Burning to External Storage, cataloging and processing of Video assets received for display on Ready Devices.
* Responsible for quality assurance of the Video assets, and provides exception reporting as needed
* Responsible for quality assurance of the Video dan Audio Broadcast.
* Able to operate Broadcast Monitoring Tools (ex: Waveform, Vectorscope, etc)
* Coordination with cross-functional teams to meet evolving priorities.
* Simplify and unify across departments by sharing assets in Digital Asset Management
* Report on the progress of the DAM on weekly and monthly basis
* Create and maintain up-to-date DAM documentation
* Maintain consistency
* Maintain metadata standards used within the organization
* Maintain an active registry of DAM users and needed permissions
* Capable to troubleshoot IT problem and Broadcast Equipment

Requirements:
* Male/Female maksimal 35 years of age
* S1 / S2 Degree on IT or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience 2 years in Broadcast Industries is a must.
* Strong organizational skill, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with a minimum supervision
* Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively
* Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten.

* The ideal candidate is a self-motivated worker, who thrives in an environment which relies on his/her self-discipline and ability to set and meet simultaneous daily and long-term deadlines. S/he is extremely detail-oriented and a strong communicator who responds well in a fast-paced environment.
* S/he must have Attention to detail, Process-orientation in order to create workflow that make sense to users, Love of data (metadata), Ability to demonstrate how to improve production with DAM to save time and money when used properly, Consistency and flexibility.
