BUSINESS INITIATIVE OFFICER

Responsibilities:
General
* To assist Business Department in developing new initiative pro-poor financing (agrifinance, microhousing, etc).
* To maintain coordination with stakeholders: Legal, compliance, risk, operations, business, marcomm, sales, and respective vendors, in accomplishing the tasks.

Specific
* To provide analysis of agriculture commodities financing.
* Prepare MOU/Agreement between Bank and other parties.
* Monitor the execution of the MOU/Agreement.
* Prepare periodic report.

Requirements:
* Male or Female, with age maksimal 29 years old
* Hold a bachelor degree in Agriculture or Economy from reputable university
* Have minimum 1 year of relevant job experience in banking or have experience in agrifinance or agriculture industry
* Familiar with several Indonesian agriculture commodities.
* Strong communication skill
* Familiar with Microfinance is an advantage.
* Fluent in English
* Strong analytical and problem solving skill
* High attention to details

LEGAL DEPARTMENT HEAD

Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Hold a bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
* Minimum having 5 years working experiences as corporate legal in company or reputable law firm
* Having experience to prepare and review agreement, legal policy and procedures and to provide legal opinion
* Having experience in dealing with foreigners
* Preferable having working experience in banking industries
* Familiar with litigation procedures
* Excellent in English skills both writing and speaking
