Opportunity exists for a seasoned, high caliber, professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sengata-East Kalimantan for the Lowongan Kerja PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) positions of:

SPECIALIST - PERSONAL COMPUTER (SPCOM)

Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate and assign engineers as support assistance for hardware troubleshooting and or software support.
* Determine the priority of jobs to be done based on the importance and the urgency of the jobs and the availability of resources in order to minimize disruption to operations.
* Monitor the job of each engineer to ensure job is performed to high standard and completed timely.
* Organise and follow-up the implementation of personal computer and printer hardware preventive maintenance to minimize down time and disruption to operation.
* Organise the installation and set-up of hardware and software to meet requirements or accommodate a new service required.
* Organise software deployment project to ensure that the project is well planned, calculated risk are defined and properly managed, users are properly updated, and disruption to operation in minimized.
* Ensure every call for assistance from Help Desk are followed up or delegated and completed within agreed service levels.
* Maintain good communication with and not limited to engineers and individual users to ensure their request are well understood and responded properly.
* Maintain problem and troubleshooting records and statistic for monthly report to management and reference for future troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
* Organise and liaise with appropriates party to conduct IT user sessions on regular basis to educate users and deliver relevant information to users so that users will become more aware of information Technology advancement and current facilities.
* Co-ordinate within IT Bumi Division Departmenta �s inter-section jobs to provide a complete user satisfaction, so that the job is well planned and prepared without delay, and the users will only have a single contact to update the progress.

Requirements:
* Have a degree in computing or other relevant subjects, and/or hold a relevant certificate(s) from Microsoft or other recognized organization in computing services.
* Have experience and proven skills in user support environment (minimum 5 years) with a broad knowledge in the field of computing and communications and a strong organization and planning capability.
* Have experience in people management with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role (with direct subordinates).
* Having good willing to solve any problem or doing some research dan development to get solution or improvements.
* Good knowledge of Bumi Resources and subsidiaries policies, procedures and guidelines, particularly safety regulations.
* Having knowledge on security dan AV matters.
* Having knowledge on CCTV concepts/designs.
* Having knowledge on data recovery concepts.
* Have a strong customer focus with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Have excellent written and oral communication skills to produce reports and deal with diverse range personnel.
* Have good English knowledge and skills are essential.
* Microsoft Certified Holder.
