Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
a Define, implement and manage action plans that contribute towards improving customer satisfaction and achieving quality goals.
a Alert management team about quality issues and uncontrolled risks, propose and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
a Prepare, propose and manage quality assurance plans and budget that minimize cost and maximize profits for the company.
a Register customer feedback about quality issues, ensure appropriate and timely corrective and preventive actions are carried out, and follow-up with the customers about the status,
a Establish, implement and maintain quality control systems, processes and inspection procedures that drive overall production efficiency and meet customersa � expectations including ISO9001 requirements.
a Identify, implement and share best practices that can enhance and sustain quality outcomes.
a Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Staff to achieve the companya �s quality objectives.
a Prepare and present periodic quality management reports to the top management.

Requirements:
a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electromechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering.
a At least 2 years of relevant and proven leadership experiences in a high volume electrical productsa � manufacturing environment.
a Certified 6-sigma Green belt.
a Familiar with Quality Management (ISO 9001 dan 14001), FMEA, PQM, 8D, Production System, a Supplier Quality Management principles.
a Process-driven with a quality mindset, and strong ability to follow through issues for closure.
a Good written and spoken English.
a Must be willing to be based in Batam.
