RECEPTIONIST [Rec] - 2 Person

Responsibilities:
* Greets and assists all visitors to the intended staff in a courteous and professional manner
* Answers and routes incoming telephone calls. Takes and distributes messages appropriately and in a timely manner
* Record all incoming visitor and purpose of the visit
* Handling all incoming letter and distribute in a timely manner
* Coordinates with courires for receiving and dispatch to enable timely deliveries. Collections and distribution of postal mail

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial, Economics, and Business Administration
* Good looking and pleasant personality
* Good communication skills
* A strong command of English, both oral and written
* Computer literate
* Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Willing to be placed in Ungaran
