GA Supervisor

Responsibilities:
a Supports all office operations by supporting maintenance facilities (such as operational vehicles, office boys, security guards, telephone, etc.) with fast, accurate and in accordance with the prescribed budget.
a Perform maintenance activities on all facilities and supporting infrastructure, and making the replacement of the damaged supporting facilities.
a Build relationships with outsourcing company vendors or suppliers of goods dan services, assist in dealing with complaints on vendors/suppliers, and follow-up payment of invoices or contracts with related parties.

Requirements:
a Bachelor degree from reputable University
a Minimum 2 years experience as GA Supervisor
a Good computer skill (MS Office)
a Fluent in English both speaking and writing
a Good communication and interpersonal skills
a Highly motivated, self-initiative, hard worker and able to work in a team
a Willing to travel to Hino site
