Background
As part of the drive to increase the visibility of The Habibie Center (THC), THC is strengthening its designs Team. A Graphic Design Officer will be part of this team and will primarily provide both technical and administrative support to the team.

A Graphic Design Officer assists the team with all aspects of THC activities including publications, documentations, providing visual support for program and events, media relations and other public relations activities

Job Description
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Operations, and under the overall supervision of Executive Director, a Graphic Design Officer will:Provide visual support for internal and external publications (annual report, journals, newsletters and periodic publications)Provide visual support for program and events: backdrop, poster, flyer, newsletter, merchandise, video presentationAssist in maintaining relationship with stakeholders (public relations)Perform other tasks as may be required by the teamUpdate website contents (texts and photos)Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in Visual Communications Design, Public Relations or other related disciplines with some previous internship experience in related fieldsGraphic design and photography skillsExperience in event organizingComputer literacyWriting skills is a mustQuick learner and easily adapts to the work environmentExcellent working knowledge of written and spoken English and IndonesianPleasant personality (friendly, team player, creative with an interest in taking on a variety of tasks)Interest in democracy and human rights issuesSend your application, CV and portfolio sample to natassa--at--habibiecenter.or.id (via e-mail only a � applications sent via other than e-mail will not be accepted) no later than Friday, February 22, 2013.
