CUSTOMER SERVICE
Responsibilities:
* General summary: provide customer service support to the Bank client by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of information order in a timely manner. Initiates and/or suggesting corrective action according to standard operational procedure in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are achieved.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any major, with minimum GPA of 2.70 / 4.00.
* Preferably staff (non-management dan non-supervisor) specializing in Banking / financial services, with at least 1 year experience.
* Fresh graduated with deep interest / passion in customer facing / customer services are welcomed to apply.
* Good communication skill, warm, and easy going. Likely act to show attractive personality dan professional appearance.
* Service oriented, self driven to perform good customer service experience, or even exceed it.
* Good command in computer skill dan English.
* Placement : all over Indonesia.
