OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE TEAM LEADER (Code : TSMG122-2)

Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain good relationship with other departments related to projects assigned
* Lead process improvement
* Manage and develop team members
* Knowledge transfer and seek for new project with Business and Support functions partners.

Requirements:
* Education minimal Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
* Work experience minimal 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement role/environment in Banking or other Financial Institutions
* Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
* Good knowledge and experience in Six Sigma/Lean
* Having Black/Green Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
* Strong analytical and problem solving skill
* Good communication skill and a team player.
