AIRPORT SERVICES OFFICER
Responsibilities:
To perform day to day assigned function to ensure that overall operations run smoothly and conform with safety and security requirements. Interact with the customers, Cathay Pacifica �s team members and Handling Agents and ensure that both internal and external customers are provided with the consistent Cathay Pacifica �s service style of Service Straight From The Heart.
Requirements:
* Academy graduate
* Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Customer oriented nature
* Good teamwork
* Able to speak and write Mandarin will be advantageous
* Have Airline Operational Skills and Knowledge will be advantageous
* Computer literate
