ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the coordination with team, distributor and customer, including preparation of tenders, quotations and order process forms
* Assist in Marketing activities (i.e.: exhibitionsa � logistics coordination, event planning and management of brochures, posters and invitation)
* Support the team in sales coordination and administration responsibilities
* Any other matters as assigned by management

Requirements:
* Female, preferably single between the age of 25-35 years old.
* minimal Diploma Degree in Marketing.
* Have at least 1 year experience. Fresh graduate are welcome.
* Good written and spoken communication skills. English: Must, Japanese: Advantage.
* Strong administration skills.
* Methodical and good organizational skills.
* Detail oriented.
* Flexible, self-motivated and able to use initiative.
* Computer literate and confident when using office equipment.
* Pleasant, helpful and professional telephone manner.
* Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
