Executive Director/Operations Manager NGO in Bali Yayasan Bali Peduli (YBP), founded in 2011, has a mission to reduce the spread of HIV on Bali. The first Bali Peduli clinic, in Kuta, employs 5 staff including a doctor, and has to date tested around 2000 individuals, of whom 18% are HIV positive.YBP will begin a similar program in Ubud this year and expand to other areas of Bali when funding permits.
The ED/OM reports to the Chair of the Board, will oversee the daily operations of the Foundation, and work closely with the Foundationa �s staff, board, partners, donors and government bodies to ensure the achievement of the Foundationa �s goals.
The successful candidate will be Indonesian, between the ages of 30 and 45, a university graduate,N have experience working for a Foundation or NGO in a leadership capacity, and fund-raising for an NGO. Additional qualifications: an excellent command of written/spoken English, dedication to the goals of the Foundation, experience with people management, and organisational capacity-building in an inter-cultural environment. YBP is based on Bali.
