TRAINING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (TDS)

Responsibilities:
* Identifying training and development needs within an organization
* Designing and developing training and development program based on both the organizationa �s and the individual's needs
* Developing effective induction program
* Producing training materials for in-house courses
* Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training
* Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
* Evaluating training and development program.

Requirements:
* Male / Female with age maksimal 35 years.
* Candidate must possess Master Degree from reputable university
* Have at least 4 years experience in handling and delivering training activities.
* Good knowledge in conducting TNA and training evaluation.
* Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, energetic, independent and able to work under pressure.
* Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
