* Bachelor degree ( maksimal age 25), Master degree (maksimal age 27) from reputable university
* GPA minimum 3.00 out of scale 4.00 or equivalent
* Fluent in english (writing and speaking), japanese speaking is an advantage
* Experienced candidates are acceptable, with maksimal 2 years working experience
