Maersk Line Indonesia is looking for a candidate for the Lowongan Kerja PT Maersk Line position of Procurement Coordinator.

PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct procurement activities in the area of Intermodal, Equipment, Terminal and administer related documents including Suppliers Evaluation Program.
2. Manage existing and new tender/contract. Keep track all contracts of Operationa � Procurement via Contract Management System.
3. Identify opportunities to improve cost saving and efficiency (part of cost reduction program) including vendor consolidation and business leveraging.
4. Perform market intelligence.
5. Negotiate, control rates with: feeder operators, trucking companies, depot operators, and agency.
6. Work closely and actively with different functions i.e. Sales and Commercial, Customer Service, Finance and any other Functions and Business Units.
7. Come out with Costs Structure Innovation.
8. To Support Operation Department to achieve its own objective as well as Country.
9. As part of Business Development team

Requirements:
* Person who has minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline with some experiences in procurement role will be an advantage. Fresh graduate with strong knowledge also welcome to apply.
* He/She must live with Company Values and have good English and Bahasa skill both oral and written, Good Presentation skill, Ability to influence people from various level of management, Good negotiation skill, Self-motivated, Result oriented in delivering objectives with strong process excelent skill, Capable of building and maintaining a strong internal and external network, able to work underpressure and comfortable with deadlines, Can act as team player.
