Responsibilities :
a Manage the customers request
a Handle and solve the customers complaint
a Give products information to the customer
a Build a good relationship with customer

Requirements :
a Male / Female, maximum 25 years old.
a Minimum Diploma Degree from reputable University, GPA 2,75.
a Minimum 1 year experience as call center
a Strong communication and interpersonal skill
a To be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
