MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCE

Responsible for settinga �up the HR Department and implementing HR strategic action plan to support our Indonesia strategic business plan. The position will report directly to the General Manager and functional reporting to the Regional HR Manager based at Singapore.

Summary of Job Description :
* Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems programs.
* Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
* Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
* Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
* Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
* Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as local employment law, sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
* Analyze and recommend compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
* Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
* Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations

General Requirements :
* Basic Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with at least 8 years of HR working experiences of which 4 years in managerial position
* Candidate with HR working experience in industrial automation industry (sales dan marketing environment) and MERCER TRS methodology will have an added advantage
* Candidate must have good working knowledge of Indonesia labour law
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
* Good knowledge of MS Office software
* Good interpersonal skill, team player, self-starter dan results-oriented
