LEGAL SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
* Assists in the preparation, approval and finalization of ordinances and resolutions. Drafts agreements, pleadings, letters, updates contracts.
* To support on business compliance : Re.Technical, marketing and sales promotion
* To support on organization / system development
Requirements:
* Male/Female with maximum age of 35
* Bachelor Degree in Majoring Law (preferable) or any related background with minimum GPA 3.00
* Having minimal of 3 years working experience in Law Matters as follows: Corporate Law Business Law Legal Licenses Legal dan document administration
* Strong analytical skill with high initiatives
* Self-motivated, target oriented, mature, able to work under pressure and cooperatives
* Good communication, negotiation, selling skills and people management
* Fluent in English is a must
* Computer literate (MS Office)
