Key Account Manager

Job Purpose:
a Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will develop key accounts, maintain strategic relationship and be responsible for achieving sales and increasing the market share in Utilities, oil dan gas customers. In addition, you will be involved in formulating strategy and action plan to trade related activities, salesN forecastingN business reviews, category reviews, and trading terms negotiation.
a You must be operationally hands-on, organised, highly motivated and able to work with a disciplined approach towards managing people and work standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
a Plan and employ an effective and pro-active approach to enable a thorough coverage, penetration, development and consolidation of these customers to the fullest potential possible.
a Regularly visit, nurture customer bonding and ferret out all business opportunities, maintaining a high profile within these trades with the assign channel partners
a Manage buyer's expectations, promote joint marketing activities.
a Conduct market intelligence, monitor competitors' strategies, provide analysis and to formulate strategy and tactics to counter competition
a Supervise and motivate sales performance of the channels to achieve sales target within the corporate guidelines and resources allocated.
a Provide direction and targets to the channels to grow sales in assigned vertical segment

Working Conditions and Basic Requirements:
a At least a Degree in Engineering or Sales and Marketing or Business related studies.
a At least 5 years of relevant experience with minimal 3 yrs in a managerial role.
a Have knowledge dan experience in the local market and ability to build up new relations dan connections in positive terms.
a Confident, analytical, results oriented, work under pressure and self motivated.
a Proven record of establishing and maintaining long term sales relationships.
a Be able to work in a fast paced multi-cultural environment.
a Ability to a �think outside the box
a Effective team-builder with excellent problem solving skills.
a Excellent presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
a Frequent travel is expected
a Fluency in English with strong communication skills is essential.
a Computer savvy in terms of analytical dan presentation skills.
