We currently have vacancies in our Batam operations as part of our growing and would like to invite highly motivated individual for the following positions:

1. SUPPLY BASE MANAGEMENT
2. SUPPLY CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
3. BUYER
4. PLANNER

Responsibilities (where is applicable according to above position), among others:
a Drive sourcing pricing strategies in materials quotations through various supporting groups
a Present materials value-add to customers, and influence customers to use Flextronics preferred suppliers
a Interface with customer in new project start up for cost of ownership issues, NPI, EOL and Transfer Project management
a Develop and lead implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans
a Measure and report Purchase Price Variance and initiate action plans
a Identify opportunities to increase turnkey business through localization
a Generate Weekly raw materials Clear-To-Build report. Work order shortage report, EdanO report dan other ad-hoc reports required by customer
a Reviews requisitions and MRP output
a Confers with vendors to obtain product or serviceN informationN such as price, availability and delivery schedule
a Orders, reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output
a Manages supplier to price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate
a Expedites delivery of goods to users
a Analyzes inventory levels, Prepares liability reports for excess and obsolete management
a Interfaces with Suppliers and customers to secure both delivery and the best market price

Requirements:
1. Good communication in English
2. Degree (S1) in any major with 1 years experience in any type of experiences
3. Degree (S1) in any major without experience will be consider as well
