PROCESS ENGINEER (Code : PE)

Requirements:
a Bachelor Degree in Electronics (preferable)/Mechanical/Material/Control Engineering.
a minimal 2 years experience as PE in Semiconductor/Trigger Coil/transformer manufacturing.
a Having good knowledge in Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage.
a Having strong knowledge On Semiconductor/Trigger Coil/transformer.
a Knowledge in FMEA/OCAP/WI are an added advantage.
a Understand QdanEHS System (ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS 18001/SMK3).
a Fluent in English both verbal and written.

MAINTENANCE ENGIINEER (Code : ME)

Requirements:
a Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering: minimal 3 years work experiences in manufacturing field.
a Knowledge in mechanical and machining process will be an advantage.
a Extensive experience in troubleshooting: having strong knowledge on Trigger Coil or transformer,
hands-on experience in the maintenance system.
a Fluent in English both verbal and written understand QdanEHS System (ISO 9001/14001,OHSAS 18001 / SMK3).

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (Code : PT)

Requirements:
a Diploma (D3) Degree from Electrical/Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering discipline with 2 years working experience, fresh graduate are welcome.
a Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve electrical and mechanical
issues.
a Experiences in Wire Bonder machine and DISCO Sawing will be an advantage.
a Knowledge in PLC, Ladder Diagram and Pneumatic System

HR OFFICER (Code : HR)

Requirements:
a Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Law/Business/Accounting.
a Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource Development preferably in the are of Recruitment, C dan B, Performance Appraisal, employee relations, Company Rules and Regulation design and Administration. HRIS preferably from multinational manufacturing companies.
a Effective communication skill in English both oral dan written is a must.
a Creative and Innovative with good interpersonal skill.
a Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
a Good teamwork and customer oriented.

EHS/SAFETY OFFICER (Code : N EHSO)

Requirements:
a Bachelor Degree in Safety / Environmental from reputable University with 2 years experiences in
the related area.
a Certified General AK3 by MOM/other Safety Certification Body.
a Familiar with standard concept, practice dan procedures within a particular field.
a Relies on experience dan judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
a Understand hazard identification dan analysis, accident/incident investigation, safety behavior,
a Trained in OHSAS 18000: 2007/SMK3/ISO 14000:2004.
a Fluent in English both verbal and written.

CI ENGINEER (Code : CI)

Requirements:
a Bachelora �s Degree in Industrial Engineering or analytical Field.
a minimal 3 years experience in implementing Six Sigma and Lean concept in manufacturing environment.
a Demonstrated strong personal as well as communication and networking skills, strong project management dan Leadership skill
a PC Skills (MS Office is a must), demonstrated critical thinking, willingness to challenge established, practices and draw relevant conclusions.
a Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
a Fluent in English both verbal and written.
