Requirements:
a Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics or equivalent.
a Required skill(s): Good Supervisory Skills.
a Required language(s): English
a At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
a Applicants must be willing to work in BEKASI.
a Preferably Staff (non-management dan non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

HR Adminimal dan Services Supervisor
Jakarta Raya - BEKASI AREA

Responsibilities:
a Ensures the effective processing of various employee internal and external benefits and that all these are consistently administered and within PTD guidelines/requirements.
a Facilitates processing of the following employee benefits and ensures that all requirements are met in accordance with PTD guidelines.
a Provides advice to employees on guidelines and procedures in availing external benefits
a Manages the administrative services by directing the building maintenance, janitorial service, telephone operations and duplicating machine operations.
a Ensures that all administrative services requirements of the different operating units are efficiently provided and served.
a Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
a Maintain with 3rd parties regarding the services (canteen, janitor,etc.)

Requirements:
a Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management or equivalent.
a Required skill(s): Computer literate in MS Office.
a Good interpersonal relating skills and leadership capabilities.
a Having Knowlege of ISO is an advantage.
a Good in both oral and written in N Indonesia and English is a must.
a At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
a Applicants must be willing to work in BEKASI AREA.
