CALL CENTER STAFF (Subject: Call Center Staff)

Responsibilities:
* Contacting and interacting with customer as needed
* Follow up customer inquiries to internal party
* Monitor call center in trend
* Summarize call center activities

Requirements:
* Single, 24 a � 30 years old
* Diploma degree
* Has more than 1 years experience in the same related field, preferably having customer handling / call center background
* Have a good interpersonal relationship, good communication skill, able to work in team
* Fluent in English
* Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, and hard working
* Has big interest in automotive

CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR (Subject : Call Center SPV)

Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop several call agents
* Organize agents shift schedule effectively to solve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
* Evaluate agents performance
* Deal directly with customer either by telephone or surat elektronik [surel/email]
* Ensure all call center activity are complete and update

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Engineering or Communication with GPA minimal 3.00 out of 4.00
* Male, Single, Age 25-30 years oled
* Has 1 year experience in call center or customer handling
* Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy
* Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and team work
* Fluent in English (both oral and written).
* Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working, and has interest in automotive
