1. COSTING ESTIMATOR

Responsibilities:
a Work on costing estimates as assigned and submit to regional offices in a timely manner.
a Coordinate and liase with various departments within the organization.
a Send and liase with vendor on Request for Quotes (RFQ).
a Ensure to achieve highest accuracy of cost estimates.
a Proper maintaining and updating of Costing Log and other documents.
a Ensure all cost estimates are reviewed and signed off.
a Ensure accuracy of updating cost data.
a Handle additional assignments from time to time.
a Ensure adherence to company's guidlines, policies and procedures.
a Cultivate and promote Aker's values among colleagues.
a Report his/her job to Costing Manager.

Requirements:
a Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
a Required skill(s): familiar with N Oilfield N products, Wellhead N and Christmas Trees, especially product, related to API 6A, 16 A N and 17D specifications.
a Able to read drawings and in understanding technical requirements.
a Required language(s): English both oral and written.
a At least 3 year(s) of working experience in N Oil and Gas Industry N or N in the related N field is required for this position.
a Applicants must be willing to work in Batu ampar.
a Preferably Staff (non-management dan non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical N or equivalent.
a Full-Time position(s) available.

2. COSTING ESTIMATING ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:
a Handle N the administration in the department.
a Provide clerical supports.
a Liaise with various departments for information.
a Ensure proper filing of document.
a Ensure accuracy of updating cost data.
a Additional assignments from time to time.
a Ensure adherence to company's guidelines, policies and procedures.
a Cultivate and promote Aker's Values among colleagues.
a Report his/her job to Costing Manager.

Requirements:
a Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
a Required skill(s): SAP, microsoft office, microsoft excel, microsoft powerpoint, Minimum College Education/ Diploma.
a At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
a Preferably Staff (non-management dan non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
a Full-Time position(s) available.
a Willingness to stay in Batam.
