Agency Contest Officer

Position Objective:
To support administration sides in agency contest department including Monitoring and delivering contest result (by periodically), accruing contest budget and other daily operational activities

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Contest / Convention Data Reconciliation (30%)
a N Synchronizing head office result with sales result
a N Give feedback to sales force not over than 2 working days
2. Accruing contest budget by monthly (20%)
3. Delivering contest reward (30%)
a N Reward must be delivered as stated on the Memo
4. Cooperating with Purchasing Dept in ordering reward contest (20%)
a N Circulating approval of ROA and Purchasing Form

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

Non Financial :
a N Time N : N delivering reward on time
a N Giving feedback not later than 2 working days
a N Accruing contest budget on time

Communication Requirements

a N Weekly team monitoring meeting
a N Daily discussion with CCFM , purchase team , event team and others who needs data contest and other initiatives
a N Ensure all sales force understand all feedback that has been given related to the contest

Minimum Job Requirements:
a N Education a � Minimum S1 degree from any discipline , prefer from accounting or computer science
a N Experience a � minimal job experience : 2 years, in insurance industry will be preferable
a N Certifications/licenses a � N/A
a N Special skills a � advance level in Microsoft excel N , proficient communication skill , especially in handling question from sales force
