Qualification

N N N N N N N N N minimal Qualification, Diploma (D3) in Accounting/Finance major
N N N N N N N N N GPA minimal 3.0
N N N N N N N N N Working experience at least 1 year in accounting / finance / related field.
Responsibilities dan Duties:
N N N N N N N N N Maintain account receivable from preparing documents, submission, follow up and monitor invoice payment from customer.
N N N N N N N N N Maintain telephone and personal contact with staff and customers on receivable matters.
N N N N N N N N N Maintain, monitor and reporting financial dan accounting information
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
N N N N N N N N N High skill in operating Ms. Office especially. Ms. Excel
N N N N N N N N N High accuracy in calculation and good mathematical background.
N N N N N N N N N Ability to listen, communicate and follow up effectively with all staffing levels and customers.
N N N N N N N N N Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently.
N N N N N N N N N Has Positive attitude, High responsibility and discipline.
N N N N N N N N N Ability to work independently dan energetic.
N N N N N N N N N Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum supervision.
