JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Finance Unit Manager of CARE Indonesia your main objective will be provide IT support (IT Help-Desk) to CIIHQ-Jakarta and projects in the Sub-Offices under the Indonesia Country Office. Under coordination with External IT Consultant (as needed), the responsibility of the post is including providing support to the design, development and maintenance of IT infrastructure appropriate for CARE projects and field offices; coordinating the development of IT policies, procedures, standards as well as security measures and ensuring compliance, distributing the COa �s IT-related projects policy including adoption of applications, software and hardware, and maintaining CII website. This position is also responsible for providing advices to Senior Management Team on any matters pertaining to the area of Information Technology, and providing IT support to the operations of CAREa �s headquarters. The post is also responsible to input Financials data
to Scala financial system as supervised by AP dan Treasury Officer and Accountant in CIIHQ Jakarta and other clerical financial related matters as required by Finance Unit Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
A.N N N N Design, development and maintenance of IT infrastructure and network management support (coordinate with external IT Consultant as needed)Ensure that appropriate design of IT infrastructure is made available to CAREa �s offices and projects.N In this connection, provide necessary support for the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure at CAREa �s offices.Collaborate with IT staff of project offices or sub offices to extend support for system, security and network infrastructure.Provide daily network infrastructureN administration and trouble shooting hardware and software related problem.Make a program or application if needed.B.N N N N Establish IT Policies, manuals, standards, reportsN and security measures (coordinate with external IT Consultant as needed)Develop policies and manuals in all areas of IT and network management.Establish and update standards for hardware and software used by the Country Office.Ensure that there is adequate system security by refining network monitoring and implementing security management software on servers and individual computer (including anti-virus tools).Generate monthly IT performance report on bandwidth utilization, security report, and potential IT issues.C.N N N N Support to the management of country-office-wide applicationsSupport the management of CARE Indonesiaa �s website and intranet.Facilitate access to CARE Canada-managed Livelink.Develop training materials and provide training to users of CAREa �s standard applications and specific tools (e.g. MS-Access).Establish backup and recovery strategies support for each of the country office wide applications.D.N N N Plan, Implement and control IT Unita �s staffing, facilities and annual budgetProvide mentoring and coaching to IT staff in the Jakarta office and at the project offices.Prepare the unit AOP and assist staff in developing their IOPs.Conduct annual and mid-year appraisal of IT staff Manage annual IT unit budget and track of the unita �s expenditure in line with its annual budget figures.Develop and maintain IT equipment inventory at the Jakarta Office.N E.N N N N OthersInput Financials data to Scala financial system as supervised by AP dan Treasury Officer and Accountant in CIIHQ Jakarta and any other clerical financial related matters as required by Finance Unit Manager.Accomplish the monthly Personnel Activity Report (PAR) reflecting the actual time spent per funding.Any other duties that maybe reasonably assigned by the supervisor, including performance of other staffa �s dutiesN within the Finance dan Accounting Unit when the respective staff is not in the office or due to the heavy workload in certain area.
