The Technical Manager is responsible to provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. He must be able to applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. He must be able to mentors junior developers, reviews work of development team and easily recognizes system deficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
Required:
minimal 2 years experience in the field Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques. Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system. Understands OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements. Understands the benefits of the various programming languages. Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures. Understands browser / client specific compatibility issues Manages client interaction and expectations regarding development efforts. Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Builds a knowledge base of each clienta �s business, systems and objectives. How to Apply:
