Lowongan Kerja PT Siemens Hearing Instruments Batam, we are multinational Company (MNC), urgently looking for qualified and motivated candidates to fill up the following position:

1. SENIOR HR OFFICER

Requirements:
a Male/Female, Good personality, Professional. Smart dan Intelligent.
a N D3 or S1 Degree of any related discipline from reputable University.
a At least 2 years experience in similar position.
a Must have GOOD knowledge of improving HR functions and familiar with Indonesia labor laws and regulations.
a Good interpersonal skill, strong character and able to handle people from all levels.
a Handling of the employee welfare, admin, procedures dan training.
a Liaise with the Government Issue, Handling the HR issue.

2. IT ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:
a Minimum Diploma (Computer / telecommunication) or equivalent
a Expertise in Oracle database administration, replication, oracle developer, ERP/MRP script and Web base
a Experience in Server Backup, Active Directory (Group Policy), DNS, DHCP, IIS and site link.
a Knowledge in IT Documentation, and 2 years experience in Desktop Support

3. QA ENGINEER

Requirements:
a Degree Electronic and or Electronic Engineering.
a At least 2 years workingN experienceN as QA or Process Engineer in Electronic Manufacturing Environment.
a Familiar with ISO 9000, good in analytical statistic, data collection and documentation
a Able to develop process able procedures and drive for yield and quality improvement.
a Able to communicate to all level

General Requirements for all positions:
a Good understanding of ISO 9001 is preferable
a Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
a Computer literate and posses administration skills
a Must be able to work under pressure, independently as well as a team player.
a Good interpersonal skill and self motivation.
