TECHNICAL ANTENNA ENGINEER (PRODUCT EVOLUTION)

Requirements:
a Manage product design evolution/changes and interface as the local expert in terms of product knowledge with internal stakeholders (eg Quality, Production, RdanD/Marketing, etc) and external customers and suppliers.
a Assess, resolve and fix product-process problems.
a Propose actions to increase the technical expertise of the quality and production teams so as to reduce product failure and return rate.
a Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Industrial Engineering.
a At least 2 years of relevant experiences in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Electronics, PCBA, circuitry design or similar industries.
a Candidates with experiences in analog design, assembling/automation process, power supply, PCB routing, EMC, mechanical packaging, electro-mechanical/ electrical contacts, plasticN moldingN and stamping parts will be advantageous.

PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER

Requirements:
a Design, develop, test, debug and commission new product introductions.
a Review and design! re-design production line layouts.
a Perform QVE and product adaptations.
a Apply lean manufacturing and ergonomics concepts in the production line design.
a Research and develop new ideas and concepts to enhance production performance in the field of mechanical applications.

PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

Requirements:
a Ensure that Operators are trained to meet production targets and quality requirements.
a Support Production Supervisor in operational and administrative assignments.
a Report line performance such as absenteeism, output realization, and problems and countered during the shifts.
a Able to work in rotating shifts.

General requirements for all positions:
a S1 or D3 in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering.
a At least 2 years of relevant experiences in an Electrical/ Electronics in PCBA products manufacturing environment.
a For Technical Antenna position: Candidates with experiences in analog design, assembling automation process, power supply, PCB routing. EMC, mechanical packaging, electro-mechanical/ electrical contacts, plastic moulding and stamping parts will be advantageous.
a For Product Design position: Familiar with DAC, Cadence, PSPPICE, ModFlow in electronic applications. Candidates with experiences in handling PCB, PCBA, COB, Firmware will be prioritized, Familiarity with IEC standards will be advantageous.
a All positions are to be based in Batam.
