HRD EXECUTIVE-RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Job Objective
* Oversee all Recruitment activities and Manpower needs for our company needs

Responsibilities
* Responsible for identifying and approaching targeted candidate for various vacancies
* Responsible for recruitment dan staffing and organization development
* Organize recruitment activities dan placement based on MPP, starting from hiring to terminating
* Identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness dan efficiency of recruitment assignments dan models
* Analyze the structures headcounts for all the company needs
* Data entry into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
* Maintain the filling system of candidate application
* Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents and preparation of employment interview dan profiling tests

Requirements
* Female/Male
* Age, maksimal 32 years old
* Education minimal Bachelor Degree or master degree in Pyschology, Business Administration or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years working experience as recruitment specialist
* Excellent in English written and spoken
* Excellent in Microsoft Office

Skills
* Detail-oriented
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, staffing and organization development
* Strong analytical thinking, solid sense of confidentiality dan discretion
* Excellent in English written and spoken
* Independent, resilient and agility, and strong self starter, flexible dan communicative
* Good interpersonal, leadership, good team work attitude and good communication skill
* Proactive , energic, mature and passionate
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines, develop dan maintain highly effective relationship externally dan internally
* Have a good understanding of how to identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness dan efficiency of recruitment assignments dan models.
* Strong identifying and approaching targeted candidate for various vacancies
* Proficiency in recruitment tools and profiling test
* Strong in HR recruitment database or system for maintaining accurate records
