QC IMPLEMENTATION
Duties
* Check all drawings coming from Mechanical Design, make sure that all drawings comply with applicable standard
* Report any non compliance to Mechanical Design and instruct them to revise and correct
* Release approval drawing for manufacturing
Job dan Responsibility
* Checking all drawing work as an output from Mechanical Design as follows:
* * Drawing completion
* * To make sure mechanical calculation is done for making assembly drawing
* * Make sure all materials are having an article number or are clearly defined
* Report any non compliance to Mechanical Design and instruct them to revise and correct
* Attend a kick off meeting if needed
* Responsible of safety and health, follow the company procedure including Quality, Health and Environment
* To implement OHSAS procedure as follows:
* * Identify the danger before start working in all of the area
* * Used PPE (Proper Protective Equipment) tools properly
* * Involving for Safety and Health improvement
Requirement:
MUST HAVE METAL FABRICATION EXPOSURE.
