LAMPUNG

1.N Project Officer a � CADRE SCALE-R
The Project Officer will work closely with Provincial Advisory Committees (PACs) or existing platform and Sub District Working Group (SDWGs) to organize and facilitate their activities to develop, plan, budget, and identify potential funding for participatory climate change resilience and DRR strategies;. The project officer will be required to work with a wide range of networking with provincial and sub districts stakeholders spanning civil society, private sector, local government,N etc.

Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Indonesia DRR or climate change initiatives and urban development;Has strong communication and leadership skill as well as community mobilization and advocacy;Experience in networking and project implementation, and documentation related to Indonesian climate change issues, and Indonesian government climate change initiatives and actors;BA/S or higher in environmental sciences, or similar field;Ability to communicate in English verbal and written preferred;Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel are mandatory.This position will be as temporary staff for 9 months.

2.N Assistant Project Officer a � Asian Cities
Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN) The Assistant Project Officer will work closely with city network coordinator to organize and facilitate Indonesian city networks
activities to develop, plan, budget, and identify potential funding for participatory, city level, climate change resilience strategies and climate adaptation action;The Assistant project officer will be required to work with a wide range of networking with city stakeholders spanning civil society, private sector, local government, etc.

Qualifications:2 years of experience in Indonesia climate change initiatives and/or urban development;Experience in networking and project implementation, and documentation related to Indonesian climate change issues, and Indonesian government climate change initiatives and actors;BA/S or higher in environmental sciences, or similar field;N Fluency in English verbal and written communication is essential;N Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel are mandatory;Candidate must be willing to travel regularly to Jakarta.This position will be as temporary staff for 6 monthsN
JAKARTA

1. Program Coordinator - ILFAD
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the ILFAD program implementation. Overall responsibilities include supervising Program Officers; coordinating work plans and program implementation with ILFAD Program Manager; ensure productive relationship building, communications and contributions among ILFAD staff, and other stakeholder including conventional banks, Local government banks (Bank Pembangunan Daerah), Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), BPBD (Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah), Dinas koperasi and UKM in district or province N level.

Qualifications:5 years of experience working in Micro Finance institution (MFI) or national bank. 2 yearsa � experience as Managing Director/Director at MFI or two yearsa � experience as Branch Manager at national bank;Good understanding about ALMA (Asset Liability Management), risk management, business process, and how to manage day to day liquidity;Understood well about CAMELS (Capital Adequacy, Asset quality, Management Quality, Earnings, Liquidity, Sensitivity to market risk);Detailed knowledge of bank of Indonesian and Ministry of cooperative issues, rules, and programs;N Understand English both oral and written is more advantage.Please send your CV with position applied on the surat elektronik [surel/email] subject to: hrd--at--id.mercycorps.orgN
