Lowongan Kerja PT Karya Bumi Baratama, is a PMA company from Korea having its head office in Jakarta with a Coal Contract of Work (PKP2B) located in Jambi Province and South Sumatra Province. We are looking for professional and qualified people to work with us for the following positions.

Legal Manager
Jakarta

Qualification:
a Male / Female maksimal 40 years old.
a Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in law with minimum GPA 3,00 from reputable university.
a Good leadership skill, decisive and discipline person.
a Having minimal 5 years experience as a Legal Manager with minimal 2 years experience in a coal mining company.
a Excellent English and computer literate is a must.
a Experienced in obtaining permits and licences, good legal drafting and understand all legal aspect in a coal mining company.
a Outstanding ability in communicates with governmental officials.
a Good attitude, honest, fast learner, work detail, diligent, energetic, self motivated, hard working, trustworthy and result oriented.
a Able to handle multi tasking job.
a Willing travel to Jambi.

Production Supervisor
Jambi

Qualification
a Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Mine Engineering or Geology.
a Minimum 4 years of working experience in mining same role position.
a Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) competence certified.
a Familiar with Mine Design implementation.
a Strong in analytical skills with high attention to detail.
a Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
a Ready worked in Sarolangun - Jambi with rooster system.

Responsibilities:
a Lead organizes and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE dan Q outcomes and the business results.
a Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
a To Coordinate and supervise all primary Mining Activities, Stockpile and Hauling activities that is conducted by contractor or subcontractor.
a Ensure that the implementation is aligned to the plan and comply with all regulations of safety and environment.

SHE Officer
Jambi

Qualifications:
a D3 / S1 degree in Engineering / Public Health dan Safety from reputable university.
a Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same area.
a Certified in POP, AK3, Basic First Aid, Basic Fire Fighting, and Risk Assessment.
a Fluent in both oral and written English is a plus.
a Understand of safety policy and the implementation.
a Has good communication Skills and computer skills (MS Office).
a Strong experience especially in mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team.
a Ready worked in Sarolangun - Jambi with rooster system Responsibility.

Responsibility:
a Evaluate hazardous conditions and recomends engineering control, administrative controls and personal protective equipment.
a Managing contractor and all worker to work safely.
a Identify safety training needs, organise and co-ordinate safety training courses and prepare training material where appropriate.
a Co-ordinate the monthly safety meeting.

Foreman for Mining, Hauling dan Port
Jambi

Qualifications:
a Senior High school degree with 5 years experience in a similar role, or D3 mining / geology with 2 - 3 year experience in a similar role or Posses Diploma / bachelor degree in shipping.
a Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.
a Strong in analytical skills with high attention to detail.
a Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
a Ready worked in Sarolangun - Jambi with rooster system.

Responsibility:
a To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
a To co-ordinate and supervise stockpile management, transport of coal and road maintenance in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
a To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining .
a Responsible in safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
a Organize coal port stockpile management.
a Organize and implement the loading of coal into the barges.
a Understand at administrative processes for coal loading.
a Arrange transportation and navigation during the loading process.
a Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
