QHSE Officer

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a D III, Bachelora �s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate with certain relevant advantage(s) are welcome
Having relevant HSE training is an advantage.
Understand the requirements and documentation system related to the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 andOHSAS18001 standards. Having relevant training(s) on the respective standards is an advantage.
Understand English language, both verbal and/or at least formal written.
Computer literacy (at least MS. Office and other relevant software). Proficient in engineering software for simulation generation is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Support the coordination of monitoring and inspection of QHSE program at all sites on a regular basis.
Support in conducting the incident investigation and conduct any coordination needed to relevant parties involved in the incident.
Coordinate with QHSE Inspector at sites in relation of measurement of impact and/or hazard at the working environment, such waste water, air ambient, noise, etc, conducted by third party
Conducting and/or supporting to facilitate the delivery of training to all staffs related with QHSE such as fire drill, first aid, defensive driving, safety riding, ergonomic, etc.
Deliver safety induction and awareness to all new staffsand new QHSE Inspector.
Prepare and supply safety talk materials(QHSE Info).
Support in preparing the emergency simulation at all sites.
Control and ensure all level of documents utilized within head office and sites as the up dated documents
Prepare a monthly report of the QHSE daily activities at head office and sites for QHSE Manager based on the monthly report format.
Support in reviewing and analyzing of incident and supplying recommendation of the corrective and preventive actions needed.
Supporting in the development and conducting of emergency procedure and emergency plan.
Support QHSE Manager in the process of QHSE System audit.
Review regularly the identification of hazards and assessment of risk as well as environment impact aspects at all working area, both at head office and sites.
