IT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
* Plan, distribute, track and control entire IT activities from conceptualization to implementation in accordance to business needs. This includes both infrastructure and software requirements.
* Ensure that the IT systems and IT infrastructure are stable, secure and running with minimum downtime.
* Analyze, evaluate and recommend the procurement of hardware and software.
* To lead a team of developers, infrastructure and support team and provide technical guidance.
* Prepare and manage IT budgets
* Manage development team to keep activities and project schedules to plan, and to resolve significant technical, resource issues that arise, sensitively and firmly.

Requirements:
* Male, age maksimal 35 years old
* Minimum 6-8 years of experience and have managed IT team or division for at least 3 years
* Experienced as IT Manager in Broadcast Media/TV
* Experienced in handling Dalet system
* Good knowledge in Website, Networking, Security System, IT, Software and Hardware
* Ability to configure Network Hardware
* Well Experienced in Data Server and Exchange Server
* Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
* Strive for excellence
* Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
* Ready to work in fast pace and under pressure situation
