Project Purchasing (PP) Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
a Male or Female, minimal Bachelora �s degree in any relevant major (architectural and civil engineering will be an advantage)
a Working experiences minimal 5 years in a relevant field
a Strong in material knowledge both in civil and interior
a Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
a Have an excellent negotiating skills at senior level.
a Good communication skills in English, both orally and written
a Computer literate is a must ( familiar with Ms Office and Auto CAD )
a Candidate N with QS background in developer will be considered
a Candidates should understanding well the application of project procurement, legal, audit, policies and procedures
a Candidate should have a good library of contractors and consultants goods
a Responsible of N all the project pre construction process include reporting system to management and all business needed
a To ensure that primary material which supply by owner are available in sufficient supply to continue production and services at required consumption rates.
a Direct and assist the project N teams and activities in maximizing the efficiency of their respective purchasing functions
a Develop and maintain a procurement / purchasing data system which is compatible with and integrated into similar systems within the company. Ensure that this composite system provides all management data necessary to determine materials requirements, sources of purchasing, and associated cost.
a Accomplish the purchase by tender for all project works.
a Negotiate long term contract as appropriate
a Direct the training and upgrading of purchasing skills throughout the company.
a Maintain appropriate data for a central point of awareness of the qualifications
a Work closely with internal QS and project finance to determine the best deal in project cost versus agreed budget.
a Responsible to prepare some of the a �SPKa t with certain range number.
a Work closely with project and legal team to finalize the SPK for consultant and contractors
a Report directly to CFO

Senior Architect (SA) Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
a Male, minimum 35 years
a Bachelor degree in Architecture is a must
a Mastering in Autocad and 3D maksimal Building Rendering Software
a Having the experience in architectural designing modern retail bussiness within 5 years
a Preferably the one with broaden knowledge in interior design
a Having a good skill in interpersonal relationship within third party
a Able to work both individually and as a team in project management

Drafter Interior - Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
a Pria
a Pendidikan minimal D3/STM Bangunan
a Menguasai program Autocad,Sketchup,3Dmax,dan Microsoft Project
a Menggambar desain-desain renovasi sesuai budget
a Bersedia berkunjung ke proyek untuk quality control atas pekerjaan sedang dilakukan
a Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang arsitek/interior
a Memiliki pengalaman sebagai drafter interior dan/atau asisten desainer
a Pernah melakukan design-design dalam bidang F dan B
a Memiliki pengalaman dibidang retail/entertainment/consumer goods

MEP Engineering - Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
a Pria, usia minimal 28 tahun
a Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Arsitek dan/atau Teknik Sipil
a Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Building Management minimal 5 tahun
a Lebih disukai berpengalaman di perusahaan holding dan/atau owner
a Memiliki pengetahuan advance mengenai logika sistem-sistem Mekanikal, Elektrikal, serta Plumbing
