BACKGROUND
The P.A.C.E Program dedicated for female garment workers in PT.N Gunung Salak. P.A.C.E Program is cooperative program between CARE International Indonesia and Nobland Indonesia, funded by Gap.Inc. The main purpose of P.A.C.E Program is to improve 260 female garment workers (FGWs) life skills and to ensure sustainability of life skills education program at PT. Gunung Salak.
This year, the project focuses on life skill trainings on three 623Core Modules: Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Stress and Time Management and four 624Supplementary Modules : Womena �s Health, Financial Literacy, Legal Literacy and Social Entitlement, and Execution Excellence and three 623Essential Sessions: Introductory, Closing, and Consolidation Session. In the middle of this year, the project will be focused to empowerment of the 24 Noblanda �s staff to assist life skills training and also to deliver modules with trainers P.A.C.E Program.
In addition, there will be coordination meeting with Nobland Management. Nobland Management as key influencers in the workplace are those who provide support and create an enabling environment for FGWs. KI-Workplace consist of supervisors, floor managers, production executives and may also include HR and Senior Management, who motivate, encourage, and positively influence the FGWs to enrol, participate, and practise what they have learned in the P.A.C.E Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Consultant will responsible:Execute the sensitization meeting as per agreed content and schedules.Keep all records and documents pertaining to meeting conducted, attendance, key learning, etc.Coordinate with project manager on planning and scheduling of meetings.Provide feedback to participants on areas for improvement and follow-up on action plans.N QUALIFICATIONSGood in English and Korean Languages both spoken and written.Bachelor degree with extensive experience in working with community and particularly carry out training of trainers.Familiarity with female worker issue, especially garment worker issue a � education and improving life skill capacity.Familiarity with adult education approach, which is include contextual, condition and cultural barriers of female worker conditions.Having 3 year experiences working with and/or conducting training of trainer as a team.Ability to plan and work independently and efficiently and to understand and analyses information quicklyAbility to deal with and effectively resolve unexpected issues.Excellent experience in life skill and vocational matter, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially related to worker issue.TERMS OF OFFER
