1. Account Assistant (AA)
Requirements:
a minimal N QuantificationN SLTA/equivalent
a minimal 2 years experience in booking/administrative jobs
a Able to speak Mandarin / dialect (preferred)

2. Marketing Executive (ME)

Requirements:
a minimal Qualification SLTA/equivalent
a minimal 2 years experience in Property Marketing
a Able to speak Mandarin / dialect (preferred)

3. Project Officer (PO)

Requirements:
a Aged 24-40 years old
a minimal qualification D3/S1 in civil Engineering
a minimal 3 years experience in residential housing
development
a Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, etc

4. Estate Manager/Officer (EM)

Requirements:
a minimal Qualification D3/S1 in Architecture/Landscaping
a minimal 3 years experience in estate management
a Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, etc

5. Club House Opertional Manager (OM)

Requirements:
a minimal Qualification SLTA/equivalent
a minimal 3 years experience in managing club house/similar position
a Familiar with the daily operation and maintenance of clubhouse
