Lowongan Kerja PT Bussan Auto Finance, adalah perusahaan pembiayaan saat ini berkonsentrasi pada pembiayaan motor Yamaha. BAF didirikan pada tahun 1997. Dengan modal disetor sebesar Rp 275 Milyard (dinaikkan dari Rp 25 milyard pada bulan Januari 2006), komposisi pemegang sahamnya adalah:

Manager Sales dan Marketing

Requirements:
a N minimal Bachelor Degree in reputable university
a N Experienced minimal 4 years as regional marketing manager or 5 years as a Branch Manager in automotive financing company
a N Able to develop relationship with automotive dealers/showroom or other business
a N Mastering in financing business strategy to achieve sales targets
a N Possess strong business sense, high integrity, good leadership, good interpersonal skill and ability to motivate sales team/subordinate
a N Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker
a N Familiar with pressure of high target environment

IT Quality Assurance

Requirements:
a N Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
a N Age maksimal 28
a N Having knowledge in Application Testing Scheme (prefered)
a N At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh graduate are welcome).
a N Good attitude, honest, quick learner, strong analytical thinking, team-work mindset
a N Full-Time position(s) available.

Marketing Product Development - Asst Mgr

Responsibilities:
a N Expand distribution network / customer base and explore new business opportunity
a N Provide market and competitive information
a N Develop and implement sales N activities dan marketing strategy plan
a N To develop B 2 C product

Requirements:
a N Male / Female, maksimal 35 years old
a N Bachelora �s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related disciplines.
a N At least 3 years of working experience as Supervisor Product Development at finance company, banking or consumer product industry
a N Having good knowledge N in marketing concept, market strategy and analysis, brand awareness and product development
a N Aggressive, initiative proactive, highly motivated, good management and coordination skill, able to work within a team base.
a N Having good skills in communication, negotiation, and administration
