JAKARTA

1.N Program Officer - ILFAD
The ILFAD Program Officer will be responsible for all aspects of project implementation for the Mercy Corps Indonesia component of the ILFAD program in the target MFIs, including project socialization, assessment, community mobilization and implementation of training /capacity building activities for target MFI partners.
Qualifications:
Experience of working in banks, microfinance institutions or microfinance consultant at least 2 years;Experience and/or interest in building relationships with regional business / financial networks, Microfinance Institutions;Demonstrated experience and expertise in business development analysis;Diploma degree in business, management, economics, or finance is preferred;Demonstrated ability to analyze theN MicrofinanceN Institutions, assess needs and training skill is required;Must be proficient in report writing, filing, computer skills (MS Office).This position will be as temporary staff for 2 months
