REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
In 2010, the Insular Southeast Asian Network on MSM, TG, and HIVN (ISEAN) and the Humanist Institute for Co-operation with DevelopingN Countries (Hivos) jointly submitted a regional proposal to the GlobalN Fund for AIDS, Malaria, and Tuberculosis (GFATM) Round 10. TheN programme, entitled a �Strengthening Community Systems to ReduceN Vulnerability to and Impact of HIV infection on MSM and TG in InsularN Southeast Asiaa �, was approved by GFATM and contract for the grant wasN signed on 6 October 2011. This grant has the main goal of reducing (a)the vulnerability and risks of MSM and TG to HIV infection and (b) theN impact of HIV on their lives in Insular Southeast Asia. It intends toN address critical gaps in supporting and scaling up activities thatN reduce HIV/AIDS among MSMs and TGs.

GWL-INA, was chosen to be the Sub-Recipient of the grant, is looking for aN capable Indonesia-based Auditing Office/Firm to Conduct the AnnualN Audit of the Principal Recipient of the Global Fund Round 10N Multi-Country Program (ISEAN-Hivos Program) covering the PeriodN October 2011 to December, 2012. Specifically, the following services N that address the Granta �s requirements are expected to be provided byN the Auditing Firm:
Conduct an audit of the financial statements of the IHP-PR;Provide a professional opinion on the financial position of theN N Grant program at the end of the reporting period;Confirm that the Financial statements agree with the ProgramN accounts (books of account);Confirm that the Financial statements agree or reconcile with anyN other information reported to TGF i.e. Progress Updates and EnhancedN N Financial Reports; andPerform other auditorsa � task, as indicated in the Terms ofN N Reference.Key Qualifications
Established expertise and track record in professional auditingPreferably with experience auditing locally implemented Global FundN Programs;Familiarity with the concerns of MSMs and TGs in the South EastN Asian context;Preferably based in IndonesiaFluency in written and spoken EnglishNotes :The selected Auditing Firm/Office shall be engaged from January toN February, 2013.The indicative SRa �s annual audit budget is USD 2,000.N An Expression of Interest (EoI) Letter, together with the applicanta �sN organizational profile must be sent by November 15, 2012 to nsantamonica--at--gmail.comN at 17:00 hrs.
