Informasi Karir PT. Volex Indonesia, has a factory based in Batam, along with an outsourced manufacturing operation. The factory produces electrical power cords for use in consumer goods. Currently the factory produces around 20m units per year however there is scope for significant expansion of production capabilities at the location. The factory currently supplies other Volex Group companies in all regions of the world.
The existing finance team comprises six team members, and is strong in the matters of basic book keeping and accounting, however lacks the ability to understand the key business drivers and add value to other areas of the business.

Production Manager

Key Elements of role:

Overall a Accountable for providing leadership in production department to achieve manufacturing excellence in quality, delivery cost
a Accountable for leading, deploying and managing production supervisor leaders and production support resource to meet production hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly targets
a Accountable for product quality meeting standards and costumer expectation, to liaise with all internal staffs dan intra department to ensure timely corrective action taken for non-compliance derived form PDR, NCMR, Audit and customer Complaints

ManpowerN and capacity planning
a Accountable for optimum manpower and capacity planning to reflect customerN order and forecasts for peak and low seasons
a Conducts subordinates appraisals on a fixed interval basis

Budged dan control
a Prepare annual operating budgets, capital project requests, and establish productivity goats and standards for each areas of responsibility
a Monitor departmental cost and cost treasured, striving continuously to improve value

Production excellent
a ToN serve as a catalyst working together with site senior leadership to drive lean transformation, cultural change and execution of the loan strategy
a Ensuring the maintenance of the KPI reports

Skills and Experiences required N a Strong background and a true believer of lean manufacturing
a Commendable knowledge in project management
a Systematic with strong work organization capability
a Strong character good written and verbal communication skill (in English)

Training Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a Collect the training needs from individual departments and fine tune the established training plan periodically.
a Assist to compile the annual training plan at the yearly budget time.
a Deliver the training activities to ensure the targeted training to be fulfilled.
a Maintain the training records per ISO requirements.
a Other assignments.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
a At least associate college diploma / degree certified and major in human resources is a plus
a Three or more years of experience in training or a related field with preferably on a supervisory position in an international company.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
a Good sense of training philosophy.
a Proven skill in slides making and presentation delivery;
a Good English is a must.
a Can work under pressure.
a Willing to travel in different entities
