OD OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Corporate Human Resources (CHR) is the functinal unit which makes the HR Policies and System for Kompas Gramediaa �s Business Units and Functional Units. However, all those Business Units and Functinal Units have their own Human Resources Division/Department whom will be facilitated by CHR in implementing the HR Policies and System.
AsOD Officer in Corporate Human Resources, you have responsibilites to :
1. Develop, coordinate and implement CHRa �s OD strategic initiatives
2. Facilitate business and functional units in implementing the OD policies and system
Tasks
* Analysing and evaluating organization design to identify and solve the issues and challenges faced by the organization.
* Implementing performance appraisal process based on balanced-scorecard.
* Designing, developing, and implementing other organizational development system, which include, Work-load analysis, Human Resources Planning, Career path system, Change Management System.
* Conducting research to identify the organizational effectiveness.
* Facilitating business and functional units in implementing Kompas Gramedia OD policies and system.
* Designing, developing, and implementing OD new systems in the company, such as : online performance appraisal system.
Requirements:
* Male / Female maksimal age 27 years old
* Holding a degree in Psycholgy, Management, or Human Resource Management
* Having minimal 1 year experience in Organization Development field.
* Strong conceptual and sharp analytical thinking.
* Ability to work independently and in groups.
* Have good communication skills.
* Multitasking and adaptive.
* Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong computer literate (words, excel, power point, Visio, etc.)
